Drömstort is a non-profit organization working to ensure that all young people have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through school programs, holiday activities, leadership programs, work, and mentorship, we create pathways to hope for the future, community, and personal development.

We collaborate with established partners such as IKEA Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainability and the Tim Bergling Foundation in our work to strengthen young people's mental health, hope for the future, and opportunities.

We are now looking for a Youth Counselor who wants to help develop our operations together with us.

About the role

As a Youth Counselor, you are an important adult role model for children and young people. You work closely with participants in our school activities and at Drömgården, while also contributing to communication, administration, and practical operational support.

This is a varied and operational position where you meet people every day. One day you lead activities with children and youth, and the next day you work with social media, documentation, or administrative tasks.

We are not looking for someone who knows everything from the start. We are looking for you who want to develop together with us and who want to make a difference for more children and young people.

Your responsibilities

Children and Youth Activities

• Participate in Drömgården's evening activities three evenings a week.
• Support children and young people in activities, projects, and leadership.
• Participate in break-time activities, Läskul, and homework help for students in grades 1–3.
• Plan and execute holiday activities.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and inspiring meeting place.

Communication

• Publish content on social media.
• Document activities through photos and video.
• Create simple informational materials.
• Help highlight Drömstort's work and results.

Administration

• Collect and organize receipts, invoices, and administrative documents.
• Work in digital administrative systems.
• Contribute to order and structure in the organization's administration.
