The client is a social and pleasant 45-year-old woman who enjoys an eventful everyday life.

She is now looking for two new assistants on a schedule, with employment starting this summer 2026.

Due to her diagnosis, the client is very osteoporotic. As an assistant, you will be there to support her in daily life where she is physically limited.

Your duties will include, among other things, cooking, household chores, and personal care.

Since transfers are involved, it is important that you as an assistant have good physical fitness.

The client also has a child at home, so it is important that you as an assistant are respectful, value privacy, and are sensitive to when you should step forward to help and when you should stay in the background.

Working hours and degree of employment:

We are looking for two assistants with a 50% employment degree.

Work shifts can be on weekdays and weekends, with varying working hours during the day and evening.

We apply the employment form "as long as the assignment lasts" as well as hourly employment. Hourly wage and other compensations according to our collective agreement Fremia.

Järstorps Omsorg operates LSS activities within personal assistance, group housing, and soon also day activities. We currently have about 50 colleagues, and our headquarters are located in Taberg outside Jönköping, but we operate throughout Götaland and Svealand.
