Ribbyskolan in Västerhaninge is now looking for a primary school teacher.

Ribbyskolan is currently a grades F-9 school with approximately 900 students and 100 staff members. We have a pleasant school with a good environment and a collegial team that is highly motivated to teach, develop, and follow up on their students. We have a high technical standard; we work with interactive whiteboards and one-to-one digital tools, and we explore new working methods to strengthen learning.

We are now looking for a primary school teacher. At Ribbyskolan, our primary school teachers follow the students from preschool class (förskoleklass) to grade 3. We work with shared class leadership, which means you will work closely with your colleague in the same grade. You will share subjects and all students. We require you to be qualified primarily in Swedish.

All subject teachers in primary and lower secondary school are trained in PAX. PAX is aimed at primary and lower secondary school and strengthens teachers' leadership in the classroom by structuring and clarifying different moments during the school day. If you are not already trained in PAX, you will be given the opportunity to undergo training. Together with your colleagues, you will create a good work climate and maintain a professional attitude.

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher with qualifications primarily in Swedish and preferably in a few other subjects, with a burning interest in teaching.

We assume that you see each student from a holistic perspective and have a positive view of students. You create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

In addition, we also look for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher
• Is secure, clear, and stable in your leadership role
• Has experience working with children in need of special support
• Has good collaboration skills
• Has a positive view of students and assumes that students can and want to learn
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing
• Has good computer skills as we want to develop the school's use of digital learning materials
• Preferably has experience working with Unikum
