About the position

We are looking for a vocational teacher for the Electrical and Energy program at Rudbecksgymnasiet in Tidaholm.

The position includes teaching in automation technology, programmable control systems, alarm, monitoring and security systems, and CAD. In addition to teaching, contact with companies and work-based learning are natural parts of your work. Mentorship and other teacher duties are also included in the position.

You and your colleagues create a stimulating study environment together with the students. The students' well-being, sense of security, and desire to learn are largely determined by their relationships with our staff. The Electrical and Energy program organizes both national and international trips and study visits, made possible through external funding.

The Electrical and Energy program is located on Vulcanön in the middle of town, with the Tidan river just outside the windows.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed vocational teacher within the Electrical and Energy program, and/or have professional experience in automation, programmable systems, and industrial automation.

As a person, you are used to working with others and have a good ability to build trusting relationships with your students. You also place high priority on student participation and influence.

With a positive view of development and change, you are willing to test different solutions with the students in focus.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting 2026-08-06 or according to agreement.
