At Gårdstensskolan, students in grades 4–9 attend school, along with students in the integrated adapted primary school (grades 4–9). Our school is located in newly renovated premises at Angeredsvinkeln, close to public transport and nature areas. Job Responsibilities

At Gårdstensskolan, we are now looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach English and Geography in grades 7–9. The position also includes mentorship and support for students, including extra adaptations and special support according to action plans.

You will be part of a teaching team where we together develop teaching and classroom leadership. Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for students' knowledge development to meet the goals of the curriculum. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching, and work actively to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Furthermore, you are responsible for systematically documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' knowledge development.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications in English and Geography for grades 7–9. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good knowledge of ICT as a pedagogical tool.

Personal Competencies

You have a positive view of people and the ability to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You take initiative and exercise clear, situation-adapted leadership in the classroom.
