We have a structure where children are divided into younger, middle, and older groups, which provides good conditions for adapting teaching and learning environments based on the children's age and needs. This autumn, we will be in temporary premises as our preschool undergoes renovation. When we move back, we will have fantastic opportunities to shape and influence our future learning environments together – something we see as an inspiring development journey for the entire operation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• have good knowledge of using digital tools in work

You take responsibility for both your own and the work team's tasks and contribute to good collaboration.

You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also receptive in your approach and show respect and care for others.

You understand that children have different prerequisites and absorb knowledge in different ways. Based on this, you create a safe and developmental environment where every child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

We would like you to have knowledge of and experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and clear pedagogy. You are flexible in your working method and have the ability to adapt to the needs and conditions of the operation. At our place, an inclusive and receptive attitude is central, and we value that you feel safe in meeting children with different abilities and needs, and seeing every child's possibilities and potential in daily life.

At the Preschool Administration, you give children opportunities for a good future. Every day!

We are responsible for education and care for approximately 25,000 children in nearly 350 municipal preschools. The administration has around 7,000 employees distributed across approximately 75 professions. Together we work towards the same goal – to develop a fun, safe, and educational preschool for all children in Gothenburg.
