We are now looking for dedicated special needs teachers for a flexible part-time job in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika!

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with the municipalities of Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika for the position of special needs teacher on an as-needed basis.

Your responsibilities

As a special needs teacher, your tasks include conducting pedagogical assessments and mappings, as well as designing, implementing, and following up on action plans for students in need of support. You will also mentor teachers and other educational staff to develop teaching methods and strengthen pedagogical work. You will collaborate closely with students, guardians, and other parts of the student health service to create the best possible conditions for learning and development.

Your qualifications

• Certified teacher with a specialization in special needs education.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field.

To fit into the role of a special needs teacher, it is important that you have good collaboration skills and can mentor and support teachers and other staff in a professional manner. You also need to be communicative, solution-focused, and have the ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
