You will:

• Work with clear goals so that our students leave school with good knowledge, self-confidence, and hope for the future.
• Create a positive and creative learning environment so that the student feels curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Together with the team in collegial learning, create opportunities for all students to succeed.
• Create inspiration and motivation among both students and colleagues.
• Work with community and a well-functioning student health service that is present directly at the school.
• Have the opportunity to lead development opportunities in various projects.
• Work with well-functioning collaboration at all levels.
• Keep up to date with current research in school development.
• Individualize and vary teaching based on the students' needs.
• Document, follow up, and evaluate.

You must have:

• Teacher certification to teach in grades F–3, or alternatively, be in your final semester of teacher education and will obtain your certification this year.
• Be well acquainted with the school's governing documents.
• Be able to individualize and vary teaching based on the students' needs.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Have good IT skills.

A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record must be provided before employment.
