About the Position

As a teacher here, you plan and conduct high-quality teaching primarily in natural sciences and biology, with ample opportunity to influence and develop your own teaching. Through collegial learning, you contribute to the development of the entire school. The teaching role does not include mentorship; we want you to focus on the teaching role, which involves creating good relationships in the classroom and at the school. The school has a separate system for student mentorship.

Your Profile

We are now looking for you who are a certified upper secondary school teacher in natural sciences and/or biology. Qualifications in physics and chemistry are meritorious. You are an engaged educator who thrives in the classroom and is driven by creating the best conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt teaching to students' needs, prior knowledge, and ambitions, and have the ability to spark curiosity and motivation for the subjects.

As a person, you are a clear leader with good structure and a relationship-building work approach. You value collaboration in your work team. You actively contribute to the development of the collegium through your attitude and see opportunities rather than obstacles. Experience teaching on the science program with good academic results is meritorious. We would also like you to share our commitment to health, well-being, and lifelong learning.

Furthermore, you have a professional approach in meetings with others, both students, colleagues, and guardians, and see collaboration as a given.
