We are now looking for preschool teachers at Norlandia Äventyret – where learning meets adventure!

We are looking for an engaged and driven preschool teacher who wants to help develop our operations together with competent colleagues. You are secure in your profession, see opportunities in every child's learning, and have a genuine interest in creating high-quality education.

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed preschool teacher
• have experience working in preschools and feel secure in your professional role
• are a clear pedagogical leader with good collaboration skills
• value teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment
• find it easy to build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues
• have good digital competence and see digital tools as a natural part of education

If you can also ski, either cross-country or downhill, it is a bonus, but not a requirement.

As a preschool teacher, together with your fellow preschool teachers and the principal, you have a special responsibility for the quality of the education and for ensuring that teaching is conducted in accordance with the curriculum. Together with the work team, you plan, implement, follow up on, and develop teaching based on the children's interests, needs, and prerequisites.

We offer the option to choose between holiday service and vacation service. Holiday service means you work more hours during the school year in exchange for leave during holidays and vacations. The working time consists of 40 hours of regulated working time plus three hours of trust-based working time per week.

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. A preschool teacher license and an extract from the criminal record are required for employment.

In the event of employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or alternatively a valid work permit.
