We are now looking for dedicated special needs teachers for a flexible part-time position in primary schools in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika!

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with the municipalities of Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika for the position of special needs teacher on an as-needed basis.

Your responsibilities

As a special needs teacher on an as-needed basis, you will provide teaching and support to students in need of special assistance, primarily in mathematics and reading and writing development. The assignment includes assessing students' support needs, collaborating with teachers regarding adaptations in teaching, and contributing to mappings and the formulation of action plans. We also expect you to drive pedagogical development work in collaboration with colleagues.

Your qualifications

• Licensed teacher with a special needs teacher degree.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field.

You have the ability to create a sense of security, build good relationships, and adapt teaching to give each student the best possible conditions for development and achieving their goals.
