Sales and Service Staff at Actic Leksand

We are looking for more employees to join our facility, Actic Leksand.

Job Details:

• Desired start date: 2026-08-05
• Employment degree: 50% with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
• Employment type: Permanent position with an initial 6-month probation period.

As Sales and Service Staff, you are an inspiration to our members. You ensure that joy and energy are spread, and you work to create the best possible customer experience by being present and helpful. To thrive in this role, you enjoy varied tasks.

We would also appreciate it if you have an interest in fitness and leading group exercise classes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working at the reception and assisting our members with fitness and membership questions.
• Ensuring the facility and equipment are in top condition and that the premises are clean and fresh through cleaning duties.
• Working with sales, primarily membership sales, and encouraging our members to utilize our full range of training offerings.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Turned 18 years old.
• A strong interest in fitness and health.
• A strong interest in people and service.
• The ability to work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service is considered an asset.

It is a plus if you:

• Are a group exercise instructor or are interested in leading group exercise classes. We will provide your training.
• Have a Personal Trainer (PT) certification or are considering becoming one.
