The Bjursås school area is facing an exciting development phase and is now looking for an engaged and qualified Teacher for a special teaching group who wants to help shape the future of schools.
The school area consists of three schools: Bjursåsskolan (Years F–9), Grycksboskolan (Years F–6), and Sågmyraskolan (Years F–6). All schools are rural schools with easy access to beautiful green and forest areas, as well as good opportunities for outdoor and sports activities. The school area comprises approximately 600 students and 100 employees. In the area, we want students to feel safe and well-being at school, as well as trust in the adults around them. Here, the staff collaborate enthusiastically to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to develop into their best selves. At all our schools, we work purposefully to develop student health services to promote health and prevent illness. To achieve development and create a sense of community, we work with collegial learning.

Job Responsibilities
As a teacher in a special teaching group at Bjursåsskolan (Years 7–9), you have a central role in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites. You design the teaching with regard to the students' individual needs and continuously monitor their knowledge development. The work takes place in close collaboration with the school's staff, student health services, and the students' guardians to ensure common support around each student. Through a clear and flexible working method, you contribute to strengthening the students' motivation, independence, and hope for the future.
Qualifications
For the role, you are required to:
- be a certified teacher with qualifications to teach mathematics, Swedish, and English at the lower secondary level (Years 4–6), driven by meeting and supporting students with different needs, and seeing each student's strengths and opportunities

Desirable Qualifications
- A few years of experience working as a certified teacher
- Good knowledge of implementing adaptations for students in need of support
Employment Conditions
Permanent full-time employment with the possibility of part-time work, with start date by agreement.
