Job Description

Blomsterbäcksskolan and Centralskolan are looking for a teacher who can teach mother tongue subjects as well as provide study support. The languages in demand are Chechen, Arabic, Tigrinya, Persian, Romani, Turkish, Dutch, Swahili, Somali, Moldavian, Russian, and Ukrainian. The work will be carried out at both Blomsterbäcksskolan and Centralskolan.

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach mother tongue subjects based on experience, as well as experience in working with study support. The work involves planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching and the students' learning. You take an active role, develop the operations, and collaborate with the entire school staff.

In our pedagogical framework, which covers everything from interaction, accessibility, motivation, and collaboration to a holistic view, the student is always at the center!

You maintain close cooperation with the students' guardians and other important people in the students' network. You participate, as needed, in pedagogical meetings together with both colleagues at the school and other collaboration partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to make a difference and who have strong confidence in the student's competence and who are passionate about developing every student. You are positive and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals involved with the students. You have a strong motivation for learning and preferably knowledge of special pedagogy that gives students motivation for learning. You have a teaching license.

You need to have good skills in Chechen, Arabic, Tigrinya, Persian, Romani, Turkish, Dutch, Swahili, Somali, Moldavian, Russian, and Ukrainian.

As a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and flexible. You have a clear and low-affective approach. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths and to steer and follow up on operations based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and economic frameworks. You need to be able to think outside the box, be inventive, brave, and imaginative.

Employment Terms

• Salary Form: Hourly wage.
• Salary Interval: 164–215 SEK/hour.
• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer.
• Start Date: 2026-08-17.
• End Date: 2027-06-11.
• Working Hours: Daytime.
