Become a Group Fitness Instructor at Nordic Wellness!

We are expanding our offerings in Avesta, Skinnskatteberg, and Fagersta by building a new group fitness studio where we aim to provide a broad and high-quality selection of group and children's fitness classes. The studio is tentatively scheduled to open in January 2026, and we are currently looking for instructors who want to spread the joy of fitness with us.

As a group fitness instructor, you are the face of the club and Nordic Wellness to our members. Enthusiasm, joy-spreading energy, and strong personal charisma are great qualities for this role. Most importantly, you should enjoy conveying the joy of fitness and inspiring others to get the most out of their training and goals. The role involves being in the spotlight, so you should enjoy sharing yourself with others. We offer a fun and stimulating workplace with a high ceiling for creativity.
