Language Instructor in Business Swedish in Ludvika – Face-to-Face (IRL) Teaching

We are currently seeking language instructors to deliver high-quality education in Business Swedish in Ludvika, primarily on-site at the client's location, with the possibility of supplementing with distance learning for other clients in Sweden.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available for face-to-face teaching at our client's site in Ludvika.
• Motivates students through creativity and dynamism, while creating a clear and secure structure in the teaching.
• Is present and attentive to each client's needs and learning style.
• Has good listening skills and is open to feedback and continuous development.
• Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive team spirit together with colleagues and administrative staff.
• Is structured and meticulous regarding the administrative aspects of the role, such as documenting lesson content and providing feedback on student progress.

You need to have:

• Native-level Swedish, as the teaching is conducted entirely in Swedish.
• At least a bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience in the corporate world.
• If you are a student, you do not need to have graduated yet, but you should have progressed significantly in your studies.

Your responsibilities

As a Swedish instructor with us, you teach according to the Berlitz Method® and simultaneously document the student's pedagogical development. You motivate through creativity and dynamism, while creating a clear and secure structure in the teaching. Within our team, we collaborate closely regarding our students and their development.

We believe you have another part-time job that you wish to combine with this assignment.

Mandatory instructor training online

The position is a needs-based employment and is offered after completion and approval of mandatory online instructor training. The training comprises approximately 30 teaching hours and spans a period of approximately three weeks. It begins with self-study in the form of online modules and is followed by instructor-led virtual sessions in English. The training is unpaid, but we view it as an investment in our future instructors and therefore cover the cost ourselves. Once you have completed the training and started your employment, all further training and workshops are paid.
