Do you want to create content that actually means something?

Every week, we receive images, videos, and stories from people living right in the middle of the war in Ukraine.

A firefighter who has just finished a rescue mission after a missile attack.

A family finding warmth in their home during winter.

A hospital receiving life-saving equipment.

We are now looking for you who want to help us make these stories visible.

As a Content Creator at OperationChange Sweden, you will become a vital part of our organization. You will help us transform material from our volunteers and partners in Ukraine into engaging content that inspires people to understand, get involved, and contribute.

What you will do

• Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Edit photo and video material from our operations in Ukraine
• Write engaging texts and stories tailored to different audiences
• Contribute ideas regarding campaigns, content planning, and storytelling
• Help us strengthen our presence on social media and reach more people with our message

Who we think you are

You are creative, self-motivated, and have an eye for content that engages.

Perhaps you are studying media, communication, marketing, or digital media. Perhaps you already have experience in content production or run your own social channels.

We believe that you:

• Have a good sense of communication and audience adaptation
• Can write engaging texts in Swedish
• Have experience with or an interest in photo and video editing
• Are structured and take responsibility for your work
• Want to use your skills to contribute to something bigger than yourself

Additional qualifications

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools
• Experience with content planning or community management
• Interest in humanitarian work, societal issues, or Ukraine

Scope and employment terms

• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Flexible setup
• 100% remote – work from anywhere in Sweden
• Part-time employment
• Initial contract period of 3 months
• Salary according to agreement

About OperationChange Sweden

OperationChange Sweden is one of Sweden's largest volunteer-driven organizations supporting Ukraine with humanitarian aid.

Since our inception, we have facilitated humanitarian aid valued at over 140 million SEK. Our efforts include, among other things, medical supplies, rescue equipment, heating solutions, building materials, hygiene products, and support for civilians and rescue personnel near the front line.
