Area Sales Manager for Finbin and Team Tejbrant Kronoberg/Kalmar/Östergötland
Are you a business-oriented salesperson who wants to work on developing tomorrow's sustainable urban environments? Finbin and Team Tejbrant, part of the growing Nordic group Lehtovuori Group, is now looking for an Area Sales Manager who wants to drive expansion in the Swedish market. Here you have the opportunity to represent market-leading products within urban infrastructure and create long-term value for both customers and society.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for strategically and operationally developing sales within your region. You drive the entire sales process, from the initial contact and identification of customer needs to negotiation and closing. The work involves a strong focus on project sales, where you sell complex technical solutions and holistic concepts adapted for public spaces and urban environments.
You work proactively to build networks and strengthen the companies' presence in the market by processing both existing and new contacts. The role requires a combination of strategic planning and practical execution in the field to ensure that customer expectations are met in every individual project.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Active new customer acquisition and development of new business opportunities within the region.
- Project sales of technical solutions to municipalities, construction companies, architects, and property owners.
- Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships through needs analysis and advisory services.
- Responsibility for quotation work, contract negotiations, and follow-up of sales targets.
- Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and networking meetings to represent the brands.
- Operational support during the project implementation phase when necessary to ensure delivery quality.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a competitive person with a professional and trustworthy demeanor. You thrive working independently and possess the structure required to drive several complex sales processes in parallel. As a person, you are resilient, proactive, and have a natural ability to connect with decision-makers at various levels.
- To succeed in the role, you have:
- Several years of experience in successful B2B sales with documented results.
- Experience in project or solution sales, preferably of technical products.
- Experience working with CRM systems as well as modern digital sales tools and AI.
- Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- A valid driver's license (Category B) and a positive attitude towards business travel.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with the public sector, architects, or the construction industry. Knowledge of public procurement or experience from product areas such as urban infrastructure and park environments is also seen as an advantage.
