We are now looking for a Copywriter & Content Specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for content and communication within Elitfönster's industrial division. Here you will have a key role in developing an already strong brand, strengthening customer relationships, and creating communication that engages customers, partners, and the industry.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for planning, producing, and developing B2B marketing that supports business goals and marketing activities. You are part of the marketing team and work closely with the sales organization and the company's customers to ensure that the right message reaches the right audience in the right channel.

As a specialist in marketing communication, you identify customer needs and ensure that relevant marketing initiatives are planned, produced, and executed with high quality. You will be driving the creation of copy and content for everything from PR to ads, newsletters, sales training, events, and sponsorship activities. You work in close collaboration with other colleagues in the marketing department, the sales organization, the product department, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Together with other colleagues in the marketing department, develop the overall campaign plan for all communication channels in line with the company's business goals, customer insights, and market analyses.
  • Lead marketing-related projects from idea to execution in close collaboration with both internal and external parties.
  • Develop and manage the company's copy bank and tone of voice.
  • Be responsible for the blog and editorial content.
  • Drive and develop the company's PR work and act as the contact person for the media.
  • Produce content for our customers in collaboration with other colleagues in the marketing department (catalogs, newsletters, retail materials, etc.).
  • Be responsible for packaging and developing sales training.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities together with key customers.
  • Lead trade shows, events, and sponsorship activities.

Your profile

We believe that you:

  • Have good experience in content marketing or marketing communication.
  • Are a skilled copywriter with a good sense of tone, audience adaptation, and storytelling.
  • Have extensive experience in driving projects and coordinating multiple activities in parallel.
  • Enjoy combining strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Are curious about and interested in market trends, customer behavior, and industry development.

As a person, you are structured, self-initiating, and proactive. You have a knack for building relationships and collaborating with both internal and external contacts.

We think that you preferably have at least 3–5 years of experience in similar work and therefore also a relevant education, or equivalent work experience in the field.

We prefer that you live in the local area, but applicants from other places in southern Sweden are also welcome.
