About the role

ProfilGruppen is looking for a driven and responsible HR Partner.

In this position, you are offered an inspiring and developmental role where you work broadly within the HR field, focusing on operational support for our division managers.

You work closely with operations and division managers with responsibility for:

• Operational management support regarding competence planning, contract interpretation, labor law, and rehabilitation.
• Independently driving, training, administering, and improving HR processes and cases.
• Driving company-wide HR projects, e.g., training or health-promoting activities for all staff.
• Trade union relations and negotiations.

As an HR Partner, you are part of a small team where you have a central and driving role.

You get the opportunity to handle challenging personnel issues where your professionalism and knowledge are put to the test and truly shine. You have the freedom to plan your day, but changes and reprioritizations often occur, which you enjoy. You report to the HR Manager located in Åseda.

Your profile

You who take on this challenge have an academic degree in HR or equivalent education or work experience. You have a few years of practical experience from operational HR work, preferably within the manufacturing industry. If you also have experience and interest in payroll administration, this is a merit.

To succeed in the role, you thrive in a demanding position where you, together with division managers and colleagues in the HR department, drive common issues from start to finish.

You handle administrative tasks with ease, and the digitalization of the HR process is something you strive for.

Experience with the Swedish Engineering Industries' Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees and the Technical Agreement is a merit.
