ProfilGruppen is looking for a driven and responsible HR Partner.
In this position, you are offered an inspiring and developmental role where you work broadly within the HR field, focusing on operational support for our division managers.

Your profile
You who take on this challenge have an academic degree in HR or equivalent education or work experience. You have a few years of practical experience from operational HR work, preferably within the manufacturing industry. At ProfilGruppen, you get the opportunity to work with everything from recruitment to negotiations, reporting, internal HR projects, and competence development, where you thrive in a coordinating role. If you also have experience and interest in payroll administration, this is a merit.
As a person, you are a skilled communicator who thrives in both oral and written communication. With your genuine interest in HR work and your professional experience in the field, you are a secure, trustworthy, and responsible person. You tackle tasks with great engagement and professionalism, and personal development and business development are your guiding stars in your work.
Furthermore, you are good with people; you are sensitive and solution-oriented and contribute with a positive outlook. To succeed in the role, you thrive in a demanding position where you, together with division managers and colleagues in the HR department, drive common issues from start to finish.
You handle administrative tasks with ease, and the digitalization of the HR process is something you strive for.
Experience with the Swedish Engineering Industries' Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees and the Technical Agreement is a merit.
