We are now looking for a new colleague to join Campus Ljungby – IUC Kronoberg.

Here, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with companies, drive development initiatives, and contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in Kronoberg and Småland.

About the Role

This is a role for you who thrives in meetings with people and likes to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation.

As an industry coach and project manager, you work closely with companies to identify needs, create development opportunities, and turn ideas into concrete measures. You will become an important link between business, education, research, and the public sector.

No two days are the same. One day you conduct company visits and analyze development needs; the next day you lead a workshop, plan an educational initiative, or help develop new projects for the industry's future challenges.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with companies in the region
• Conduct company analyses and identify development needs
• Plan and facilitate networks, workshops, and training
• Support companies in areas such as competence supply, digitalization, production efficiency, and sustainable development
• Coordinate and drive development projects
• Participate in the creation of new projects and funding applications
• Create meeting places where companies can learn from each other and develop together

About Campus Ljungby/IUC Kronoberg

Campus Ljungby is a meeting place for education, competence development, and industrial development. We offer university-level education, university college programs, commissioned training, and lead several regional development projects.

As the Industrial Development Center (IUC) in Kronoberg, we are part of the national IUC network with 21 regional IUC companies throughout Sweden. Together, we work to strengthen the competitiveness of Swedish industry through innovation, competence development, and sustainable transition.

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Enjoy creating relationships and building networks

• The industry or manufacturing sector
• Project management or development work
