About the role
In the role of Live Agent at Fortnox, you help entrepreneurs and accounting firms have a smoother daily life. Through phone, chat, and email, you guide customers with questions regarding, for example, customer invoices, payment flows, and other central functions in the Fortnox system.
Fortnox offers a structured introduction where you initially work with telephone support to build knowledge and confidence in the role. Thereafter, the area of responsibility is gradually expanded to more contact channels and more complex customer cases.
You will primarily work with:
- Support via phone, chat, and email
- Questions related to customer invoices and payment flows
- Guiding customers through Fortnox's various functions and services
- Administrative tasks related to customer cases
- Creating a positive customer experience in every interaction
You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, development, and high quality in customer service are at the center. The role suits you who are driven by customer contact and enjoy solving problems and making a difference for others.
The position is full-time starting September 1st, with working hours during office hours.
This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be employed by Fortnox.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is curious, goal-oriented, and appreciates a daily routine with a lot of customer contact. You have a confident and professional demeanor and enjoy working both independently and together with others.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or another service profession
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems
- Interest in economics and entrepreneurship
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with customer contact via phone
- Economic education at the upper secondary or university level
- Previous experience in support work
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where engagement, a service mindset, and the desire to develop are highly valued.
