Runa Metall is growing and is now looking for a Junior Sales Representative who wants to develop with us. We have a clear ambition to become a leading supplier in the Nordics within material handling and internal logistics, and we are looking for you who have energy, drive, and a desire to learn sales for real.

About the role

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will work on creating new business opportunities and developing relationships with customers within industry, logistics, and manufacturing. You will gradually take on greater responsibility for your own customers and business.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• scheduling and conducting customer visits
• identifying new business opportunities
• following up on quotes and customer dialogues
• working together with marketing and inside sales
• supporting the sales effort towards both new and existing customers
• participating in trade fairs, customer events, and activities

We are looking for you who

• have strong self-drive and enjoy creating results
• are social and enjoy meeting people
• are structured and follow up on what you start
• want to develop within sales and business development
• have good knowledge of Swedish and English
• have a valid driver's license (Category B)

You might work in industry today, have experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, inside sales, or another role where you had a lot of contact with people. The most important thing is not exactly what you have done before, but that you have the right attitude, energy, courage, and willingness to develop.
