About the role
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative at NIBE in Markaryd, you will become an important part of our team, working to develop and nurture customer relationships across several segments – from consumers and installers to wholesalers.
You will work primarily via phone, email, and digital channels, but occasionally also in face-to-face meetings. In this role, you will act as a consulting partner to our customers, helping them find the right solutions based on their needs.
The position is based at our headquarters in Markaryd.
Your responsibilities
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a good understanding of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), energy, or electricity. You feel confident working with energy systems and sizing.
As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and have an easy way of building trust. You enjoy finding solutions and always keep the customer's best interest in focus. Experience in sales or technical consulting within heat pumps or related areas is an advantage.
