About the Role

HRM develops modern HR and payroll systems for large organizations in both the private and public sectors. As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be a key figure in the company's continued growth journey, in a role where sales and marketing go hand in hand. Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to generating high-quality leads for the sales team, and the other half to being the central hub of our marketing and communication efforts.

In terms of sales, your mission is clear: to create a steady flow of relevant leads that our salespeople can convert into business. You will develop and drive our lead generation work – from strategy and campaigns to measurement, follow-up, and optimization. You will work closely with the sales team and maintain an ongoing dialogue regarding lead quality, priorities, and results.

On the marketing side, you are the one who holds the whole picture together. You plan and execute our external marketing, are responsible for content production, and nurture the brand across our various channels. You are also the natural contact point for internal marketing matters and contribute to keeping our employees updated on what is happening. In short – you are the one ensuring that marketing and marketing communications are aligned and driving us forward.

The role is part of a small, tight-knit team, and you report to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a relevant education in marketing, communication, or equivalent, and preferably a few years of experience in similar work. You have a good understanding of digital marketing and have hands-on experience with lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. You are accustomed to thinking in terms of business value and understand how marketing activities translate into concrete results for sales.

You are used to working in marketing and CRM systems and have good knowledge of channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content production. You are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. We believe you have post-secondary education, but the most important thing is that you have relevant experience for the role and a genuine commitment to marketing and business development.

As a person, you are business-minded, creative, and have the ability to balance drive and result-focus with structure and endurance. You thrive on juggling multiple threads at once and on being the one driving marketing efforts forward. You enjoy working in a team but also have a strong personal drive and are eager to take initiative for new ideas and improvements.
