Through technical innovation, high quality, and long-term customer relationships, Willo AB continues to strengthen its market position. To meet continued growth, we are now expanding our sales organization with an experienced and business-minded Key Account Manager.

Your responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager at Willo, your main responsibility is to create business based on customer needs and act as their partner in developing the customer's business. The sales processes are driven as projects, and you are responsible for the entire business process – from initial dialogue to final negotiation and contract signing. In your daily work, you constantly work with new technical solutions and methods in close collaboration with our technicians and production to create the greatest possible customer value. The tasks will concretely include proactive sales, agreements and quotations, handling production technical issues from a customer perspective, calculation, and follow-up. The position is based in Växjö and involves regular travel within Sweden, where travel within Europe may also occur as a natural part of the role.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have experience in technical B2B sales and a genuine interest in technology and technical problem-solving. You have good technical understanding and are driven by creating long-term and business-oriented customer relationships. As a person, you are resilient, result-oriented, and have strong self-drive. You are communicative, development-oriented, and have the ability to see the big picture in business. Furthermore, you are a team player who appreciates collaboration and has an easy time building trust and relationships at all levels.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • University education or equivalent experience considered equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and habit of creating long-term relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Category B driver's license and ability to travel for work.
