JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a hourly customer information officer for our Customer Center at the travel center in Växjö.
Those of us who work at the Customer Center enjoy providing Länstrafiken Kronoberg's customers with good service in a professional manner. We are the face of the company, and with our competence, we create trust and security for our travelers.
For our customers to be able to use our services, it is important that we are available at the cash desk, by phone, and via email for ticket sales, as well as to provide basic traffic information in both Swedish and English.
The role also includes tasks such as responding to customer inquiries and reporting sales. To succeed in our mission, we also need to have close cooperation with other departments and transport companies within Länstrafiken.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least a high school education, preferably with a logistics education
- Has experience in sales and customer service
- Has very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has experience working with different computer systems and applications, as well as the ability to learn new systems
- Enjoys the challenge of providing our customers with good and fast service and being flexible in meeting customers' varying needs
- Has a calm and cooperative manner towards customers and colleagues
- Can provide good service even in stressful situations
- Is interested in public transport and wants to understand how our traffic connects with the outside world
- Has a B driving license
