RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Customer Advisor, you are responsible for informing, guiding, and supporting our tenants in a professional and solution-focused manner. Your main tasks include:
- Receiving and registering fault reports
- Handling phone, email, and customer reception
- Managing incoming inquiries from tenants
- Administrative tasks related to customer service
- Staffing the reception and providing internal support to other parts of the organization
- Participating in driving and supporting IT and system-related issues within the customer center, where you also serve as a support in the use of our systems and digital work tools.

The position is a fixed-term assignment with a possible opportunity for extension.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have completed a three-year high school program. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the Office package, and you find it easy to learn new systems. A B-class driver's license is required.
It is meritorious if you have previous experience working in service, for example as a customer service representative, leasing, superuser, or similar roles.
As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and have very good collaboration skills. You find it easy to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You work in a structured manner and have good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You have an interest in systems and digital tools, learn new systems quickly, and are happy to explain them to others. Furthermore, you value a good work climate and actively contribute to positive collaboration within the team.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, ending: 2027-06-13.
As a permanent employee, you will generally be assigned to war-time duties in our organization.
