About the role

As a Live Agent within the Payroll team, you will support Fortnox customers with questions related to payroll, system usage, as well as laws and regulations within the payroll area. You help customers find solutions for their daily work and guide them through Fortnox's various features and services.

The role involves varied and problem-solving cases where you work via phone, chat, and email. You will become an important part of the team, contributing to high customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement in customer interactions.

This is a direct recruitment position, meaning StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with a start date in August, and working hours are during standard office hours on weekdays.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in payroll who is motivated by helping customers and solving complex questions. You are communicative, pedagogical, and thrive in a role where collaboration and problem-solving are in focus.

We would like you to:

• Have education in payroll, HR, economics, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
• Have practical experience in payroll work or administration
• Have experience in customer contact, support, or advisory roles
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Be solution-oriented and thrive in a changing environment

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, where engagement, responsibility, and teamwork skills are highly valued. As part of the selection process, we ask you to complete the ADEPT-15 test available in your profile.
