We are now looking for a Controller with a focus on Property Economics for our finance function. Are you an analytical and business-oriented economist driven by creating structure, insight, and value in investment and project activities? Then this might be the role for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Controller, you work closely with the operations, with a special focus on investment projects and property economics. You serve as a qualified financial support to project managers, operational, and department heads in both the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting and forecasting related to investments and projects
  • Ongoing follow-up, analysis, and reporting of project finances, timelines, and outcomes
  • Support in investment calculations, decision-making materials, and business cases
  • Ensuring structure, quality, and transparency in the financial management of projects
  • Contributing to the development of working methods, processes, and control models for project and investment follow-up

You are a key link between finance and operations and actively contribute to ensuring efficient resource use and long-term sustainable investments.

Regionservice is in an exciting phase of development, and we see you as a key person in the work of developing financial management related to projects and investments. The role requires drive, collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in operational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a university or college degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting, financial management, or finance. You have experience working with financial follow-up, property economics, and budgeting. Previous experience from working in the public sector is an advantage.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and have strong self-drive. You have the ability to switch between details and the big picture and thrive in a role where you both support and challenge the operations.

You communicate pedagogically and can explain complex financial relationships clearly. Furthermore, you are relationship-building and inspire trust in collaboration with various stakeholders. You take initiative for improvements and actively contribute to the development of working methods and processes.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

  • Salary form: Monthly salary.
  • Employment type: Permanent position.
  • Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-11-01 or by agreement.
  • Working hours: Daytime.
