About you As a Damage Advisor and Team Leader, you play a central role in our damage repair operations. You schedule jobs in the workshop, coordinate damage cases, and ensure that every case runs smoothly from the first customer contact to the finished car. You thrive in a role where you get to plan, solve problems, and provide customers with a smooth and professional experience when they drop off their car with us.
With your engagement and good structure, you inspire trust among customers, colleagues, insurance companies, and other partners. You easily adapt your communication to the recipient and can explain both technical and administrative matters clearly and professionally.
We are looking for someone with experience from the automotive industry, damage handling, or insurance-related work. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you are the center of the web. You work proactively to ensure good planning, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction, while also contributing to the development of the business.
At Holmgrens Bil, we continuously invest in digitalizing and developing our processes to create a modern and efficient damage handling system. We are looking for you who have the willingness to join us on this journey.
