As a Business Consultant at Aveki, you work closely with our users and help them maximize the value of our proprietary GIS-based business system, Energi- och VA-banken. The role combines technology, business understanding, and customer contact, offering a varied daily routine where you contribute to streamlining our customers' processes and system usage.

Aveki is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague to join our experienced consulting team in Växjö. You will become an important part of the team and a natural point of contact between the users' operations and our technical solutions.

About the Role

In the role of Business Consultant, you work with both new and existing customers and gradually take responsibility for your own assignments and projects. You collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions within the system. The work is independent but always takes place in close cooperation with colleagues in the consulting and development teams.

The responsibilities include, among other things, implementation and configuration of Energi- och VA-banken, support and advice to users, as well as training for new and existing users. The role also involves working with updates and installations, integrations with other systems, as well as data conversion and database management. You also contribute your business expertise as a domain expert internally, providing valuable input and feedback in the development work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have relevant education or experience in GIS and/or other business systems. Experience in consulting work is meritorious, as well as knowledge in database management, SQL, and system integrations. It is also an advantage if you have an interest in IT or understanding of operations within water and wastewater, energy, district heating, or district cooling.

You are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive in working closely with users. You have a good ability to structure your work, a high level of service orientation, and a business-like approach. Quality and long-term relationships are important driving forces in your work.
