Do you want to become a key piece of the puzzle in one of the largest staffing and recruitment companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends for StudentConsulting’s national on-call service, based in Växjö!

In the role of staffing coordinator, you are responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside of office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person for the customer.

You will primarily work with: - Receiving notifications of consultant sick leave - Taking calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration regarding consultants/customers - Scheduling

Working hours are Monday–Friday 17:00–08:00, Saturday 09:30–09:30, and Sunday 09:30–22:00/22:00–09:30. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During working hours, you will perform "on-call duty" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Onboarding will take place at our office in central Växjö.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants a fun, challenging, and developmental part-time job. We believe you are studying Human Resources and Working Life or a similar education and now want to get a foot in the door of the industry. If you have some experience in similar work from before, it is seen as an asset, but it is not a requirement.

We also see that you are independent, detail-oriented, and outgoing. We believe you have a great interest in people and that, through wholehearted engagement, you will be a good representative for StudentConsulting. You are passionate about providing customer service and always want to leave good work behind. To be eligible for the position, you must be studying at a college or university and be able to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would prefer that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years from the start of the assignment) and are open to a future in the staffing industry. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.
