Do you want to gain practical recruitment experience alongside your studies in a flexible role where you collaborate closely with managers and colleagues? Combitech in Växjö is now looking for a casual recruiter who wants to develop within HR and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Your role as a recruiter

In the role of a casual recruiter, you support Combitech's managers in the recruitment process, primarily operationally and based on the business's needs. The candidate experience is very important to us, and you contribute to creating a professional, high-quality, and positive experience throughout the entire process.

This is a role where you get the opportunity to learn recruitment in practice. The work is varied and may include parts of the recruitment process such as advertising, selection, interview scheduling, participating in interviews, and administrative support. You will receive an introduction and support, but are also expected to gradually work more independently in your tasks.

You collaborate closely with managers and colleagues within recruitment and become part of our national recruitment team. The team works closely together despite geographical spread and continuously shares experiences and working methods. The position is based at our office in Växjö.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are studying personnel science or another relevant post-secondary education within HR/Recruitment and want to combine your studies with a part-time job in recruitment. You do not need prior recruitment experience, but it is an advantage if you have worked in service, administration, or similar roles.

As a person, you are structured, curious, and responsible. You enjoy helping others, have a good manner of dealing with people, and are interested in learning more about recruitment processes. You are flexible and thrive working with multiple tasks in parallel, while also being willing to ask questions when you are unsure.

You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing and feel comfortable working with digital tools.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, it is required that you undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
