We are a team of over 340 employees at Folktandvården Kronoberg, and we believe we have one of Sweden's most important and enjoyable jobs! Our operations consist of general dentistry and specialist dental care, a development clinic, a mobile clinic, an administrative office, and a Service Center. We have clinics in 6 of the county's 8 municipalities, and our shared mission is to create good oral health for the people of Kronoberg.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At the moment, we are looking for you who want to work at Folktandvården's Service Center. In total, there are 11 employees working at the Service Center. You will work with bookings/re-bookings and telephone service for our patients, as well as some other ongoing administration.

Working with us at the Service Center is varied and fun; every day you get to talk to many wonderful people from Kronoberg who want to get in touch with us for various reasons. Starting at a new workplace is usually both very exciting and fun, but can also be a bit challenging. To make things easier for you as a new employee, we have a comprehensive lecture/introduction program aimed at all new employees within the organization. The program spans about half a year, and through this program, you will get a good insight into different parts of our organization, receive a lot of useful information, and also have the chance to get to know other newly hired colleagues at Folktandvården Kronoberg.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education as well as previous work experience of at least a couple of years. You should have previously worked with customer contact and bookings, and it is an advantage to have work experience in the area of customer service/customer support. If you have experience from working within dentistry, it is an extra plus.

Your personal qualities are important: we are looking for you who are service-oriented, professional, and put the patient in focus through good communication. You should also be solution-focused and flexible and possess a high sense of quality. For the position, it is required that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing, as well as that you enjoy working with several tasks simultaneously. The computer and telephone are your main tools in the position, which is why you need to have very good system and computer skills from before.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
