Responsibilities

In your role as Business Controller, you work close to the operations, providing support to operational and department managers in matters concerning economic and operational management. You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis, and you contribute insights that make a difference for both the operations and the patients. The role involves close collaboration with managers and other functions, where you have the opportunity to influence and develop working methods.

You are a crucial link in the organization's development work and play an important role in driving the operations forward. By combining economic expertise with strategic thinking, you contribute to optimizing the organization's results and quality.

You will be part of a team consisting of business controllers, a follow-up strategist, and operational developers. Together, we ensure that finance and operations go hand in hand in both ongoing budget and follow-up work as well as in development projects and investigations.

Primary Care is in an exciting phase of development where the transition to "close care" permeates operational planning. You have a commitment to supporting, influencing, and developing, as well as a humble and open attitude towards working in a team.

Qualifications

  • A university or college education of at least 180 credits with a focus on economics.
  • Experience with budgeting and operational planning, as well as economic follow-up and analysis.
  • Good IT competence, especially in Excel, AI-based tools, Power BI, as well as business systems and decision support.
  • The ability to balance being supportive and driving.
  • Pedagogical and coaching style in matters of economic and operational management.
  • Solution-oriented working method with analytical skills.
