RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator here, you are an important person and often play the role of the hub in the network. You organize, coordinate, and handle the tasks that need to be done. This can involve preparing, relieving, and structuring others' work tasks. The work is often varied, and as a person, it is good to be structured, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to keep many balls in the air. You will work together with the school leadership but will also be part of our team with the other high school administrators.

We are now looking for an administrator for Katedral, which is a high school with approximately 1,250 students offering several university-preparatory programs.

The assignment as an administrator involves the following tasks:

  • HR administration, such as writing employment contracts, approving in the HR system, entering salary schedules and salary distributions
  • HR support to staff and principals
  • Recruitment of substitutes
  • Handling orders for, for example, teaching materials and consumables
  • Invoice processing
  • Management of the school's scholarships and funds
  • Other assignments from the principal aimed at providing executive support or from our student administrative system

QUALIFICATIONS

You have at least a three-year high school diploma with an administrative or economic focus. At least two years of experience in administrative work where you have experience working independently.

You also need to have documented good experience with the Office package or comparable software, as well as knowledge of, experience with, and a good understanding of one or more administrative business systems.

As a person, you are service-oriented and meet the people you come into contact with during your workday in a professional manner. We are looking for you who are meticulous with a sense for structure and order, and who have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. You are action-oriented, have a big heart and commitment to your work, and your ability to collaborate makes it easy for you to create good relationships with other staff.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-13 or as agreed.
