RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new Business Developer for the Service Administration. As a Business Developer in the Service Administration, you will play a central role in our development work. The person we are looking for now will partially have a special focus on developing and coordinating the administration's security work, and you will also serve as the administration's security representative. The role also includes other development assignments based on the administration's needs. You report directly to the Head of Administration.

The Service Administration consists of the departments IT and Digitalization, Service and Customer Service, and Meals. You will work closely with the administration's management and in collaboration with managers and employees throughout the administration. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coordinating, and developing systematic security work within the administration, such as crisis preparedness and internal security
• Leading and participating in both scoped assignments and larger development initiatives related to the administration's operations
• Driving and coordinating development assignments, process mapping, and change management
• Serving as the administration's security representative
• Providing support, advice, and competence resources to operations regarding security matters
• Collaborating with other administrations and group-wide functions within security and business development

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are development-driven, structured, and have the ability to translate strategy into practical implementation. You thrive in a role where you both drive your own issues and create results together with others.

• have a relevant higher education degree of at least three years or equivalent experience
• have experience in strategic development work and change leadership
• have an interest in security work
• have a good understanding of process-based working methods and business development
• are a relationship builder who thrives on collaborating and creating results together with others
• are structured and have good analytical skills

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience from a politically governed organization
• experience in leading projects or larger development initiatives
• knowledge and experience of security work, such as crisis preparedness, internal security, or information security

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement.

A security clearance check will be conducted as part of the employment, and the position involves placement in a security classification. A requirement for employment is a approved security clearance check with register control. The security clearance check will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act.
