About the role

As a sales representative within Holtab's service operations, you will have a unique opportunity to develop our existing offerings and pave the way for new, profitable service businesses. Your responsibilities include updating sales plans, as well as planning, prioritizing, and executing sales and marketing activities. By maintaining a high presence with customers, you will build and nurture long-term relationships, identify needs, and capture opportunities for new business.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, create, and follow up on quotes based on analyses of customer needs and conditions. You will also handle complaints and outstanding orders. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues within the service operations and with other sales representatives at Holtab.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a driven and business-oriented salesperson with experience from the electricity industry. You have electrical training at the upper secondary or higher education level, as well as experience with contracting and power grid construction. You have good negotiation skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with inquiries and contract documents, as well as prepare price calculations and quotes.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, such as your initiative, curiosity, and self-drive. You thrive in social settings, have good communication skills, and appreciate creating strong customer relationships. To succeed in the role, we also believe you are proactive, structured, and have an easy time creating clear routines.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement at our headquarters in Tingsryd or at a co-working space near your home. Alternatively, you can base yourself from one of our existing offices in Sweden.
