About the role
As a salesperson at Dina Försäkringar, you will have an important role in creating new and developing existing customer relationships. Customer contacts are made through outgoing and incoming phone calls where you, with great engagement and sensitivity, immerse yourself in each customer's unique situation. You provide advice, service, and solutions for the right insurance needs within private insurance such as home, car, and personal insurance. Follow-up of set goals takes place individually and at team level. High activity with many contacts gives a dynamic and interesting work role and fun at work!
We are looking for you who
- Are proactive and have a genuine interest in sales.
- Have energy, self-drive, and are spurred on by working towards clear goals.
- Enjoy making contact, creating good customer meetings, and building trust.
- Are motivated by performance and creating results, as well as being part of a growing team.
- Have experience in sales and customer support with a strong desire to learn more and develop.
- Have good computer skills and express yourself well in speech and writing.
- Experience from the insurance industry is an advantage but not a requirement – we provide the training you need.
