We are now strengthening our team at our Svenssons store in Lammhult! We are looking for a new colleague for the role of Retail Sales Associate who wants to join us on our journey to become the most loved destination for Scandinavian design and lifestyle.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary mission is to create a first-class customer experience in every interaction. You are a key part of the store's face to the outside world and work actively with sales, service, and inspiration to help our customers find the right solutions for their homes.

You will become part of an engaged team where we help each other, take responsibility, and create results together. This role suits you if you are self-motivated, take initiative, and enjoy being active on the sales floor, even when the pace is fast.

Your main responsibilities include…

• Greeting, assisting, and inspiring our customers with professional and personalized customer service

• Guiding customers through our range based on their needs and wishes

• Working proactively with sales and contributing to the store's results

• Ensuring an attractive and welcoming store through unpacking, price marking, and signage

• Taking responsibility for keeping the store in order and functioning smoothly in daily operations

About you

Previous experience with furniture and/or lighting is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities, your engagement, and your willingness to contribute to the team.
