As a specialist in your sales role, you will actively work on long-term and developing customer relationships where you will guide our customers in their businesses using your expertise in non-food products (disposables, dishware, chemicals). You will work from home, and your sales district covers parts of Småland and Blekinge. With care for our customers and knowledge of their daily routines, you will strengthen and broaden their businesses in both the short and long term. You will also become part of a strong internal community where we work together and support each other.

A varied daily routine.

You secure our core competence in non-food products and support local sales efforts. You create sales opportunities by proactively creating a processing plan for our existing customers, but also by, for example, marketing current offers, supporting colleagues in sales, and taking responsibility for ensuring our goals for both the specialist area and customer satisfaction are met. To succeed in the role, we see that you have

• An interest in people and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Knowledge of non-food products. If you have previously sold non-food products (disposables, dishware, chemicals & hygiene paper, and personal hygiene) or have field sales experience within the industry, it is a big plus.
• Post-secondary education and experience working in CRM are meritorious.
• A valid B-driver's license is a requirement for the role.
• You enjoy taking initiative and are driven by doing business.
• Residence in the sales area, e.g., Växjö, Kalmar, or Karlskrona.
