We are now looking for an employee for sales support and after-sales service at Contura in Markaryd.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will become an important part of Contura's sales support and after-sales service. You will work closely with customers, dealers, and internal functions, handling inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, complaints, warranties, and spare parts.

This is a role for you who enjoy the combination of customer contact, administration, and technology. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need to have a natural curiosity, good technical understanding, and the willingness to learn more about Contura's products and solutions.

You will become part of an experienced and cohesive department with a high level of knowledge, helpfulness, and strong team spirit. Here, there is both security, competence, and a daily routine where people help each other out.

Examples of tasks

You will among other things:

  • handle incoming customer and dealer cases via phone and email
  • register and follow up on orders for stoves, chimneys, and accessories
  • provide support regarding prices, deliveries, and product information
  • handle complaints, warranty issues, and spare parts cases
  • read and interpret drawings, installation materials, and technical documentation
  • perform simple calculations related to chimney solutions
  • collaborate with, for example, design, quality, production, logistics, and marketing
  • contribute to identifying recurring questions, deviations, and improvement opportunities

ABOUT YOU

We believe you have experience from, for example, customer service, technical support, order management, inside sales, or another customer-facing role where you have combined service with structure and problem-solving.

You are confident in customer dialogues, both via phone and email, and have good administrative skills. Since the role involves technical questions, you also need to have a good technical understanding and be able to familiarize yourself with drawings, dimensions, and technical documents.

As a person, you are open, unpretentious, and service-oriented. You remain calm even when the pace increases, enjoy collaborating, and contribute to a positive feeling in the team. You need to enjoy taking responsibility independently and being part of a larger context where people help each other.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • experience in customer service, technical support, order management, inside sales, or similar
  • good administrative skills and familiarity with business or order systems
  • good technical understanding and interest in technical products
  • ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and dimensioned documents
  • fluent Swedish and very good English in speech and writing
  • a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working approach

It is meritorious if you have experience from technical customer service, after-sales, complaints, warranty cases, spare parts management, or from construction, installation, plumbing, ventilation, or manufacturing operations. Knowledge of German, Dutch, or French is also meritorious.
