Experienced Controller for Consulting Assignment in Älmhult

Jefferson Wells is now looking for an experienced controller for a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months in Älmhult. This assignment is perfect for you who want to work close to the business with analysis and follow-up, and who have good experience with group reporting.

About the Role

In this role, you will work broadly within controlling, focusing on monitoring, analyzing, and supporting the business in financial matters. You will play a central role in creating structure, driving analysis, and contributing to the business having a strong basis for decision-making.

The work is close to the business and involves ongoing collaboration with various parts of the organization, where production is a key component.

Responsibilities

You will work with ongoing monitoring and analysis of the business, as well as budgeting and forecasting. A key part of the role is reporting, where group reporting is central.

Additionally, the role includes preparing materials for management, supporting the year-end closing, and coordinating with external parties handling parts of the accounting. You will also contribute to developing working methods and processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a senior background as a controller or similar, and who are accustomed to working close to the business. You have experience in business controlling and are confident working independently.

Experience with group reporting is particularly important. You have strong analytical skills and can turn numbers into clear insights.

Good system competence is a requirement, and experience with Pyramid is a plus.
