At JGA, we are currently looking for a Dispatch Administrator for our sawmill in Linneryd. You will be part of our dispatch department and report directly to the Dispatch Manager. Together, you will form the dispatch office. The department also includes truck drivers, forklift operators, and sawmill operators, and together you are responsible for our deliveries of sawn timber.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your primary area of responsibility is to plan, book, and ensure our deliveries. This involves planning so that finished goods reach our customers on the agreed delivery date. The role requires excellent communication with various functions, both internally and externally. For example, contact with our truck drivers and external transport companies, as well as our production, sales, and dispatch teams. The position also includes other administrative tasks related to finance, administration, logistics, and sales.

Start date: As soon as possible, according to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous experience in administrative work. Previous experience in logistics and delivery management is advantageous, as is knowledge of timber science. You have good computer skills and administrative ability.

As a person, you are service-oriented, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. The ability to independently plan and structure your work is a prerequisite for success in this role.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, as the right qualities and attitude weigh heavily.

JGA is a family-owned group with a tradition in the manufacturing and sales of high-quality sawn and processed timber. J G Anderssons Söner AB is part of the group, which consists of four companies with approximately 140 employees. We have a total turnover of approximately 1 billion SEK and produce 250,000 m³ of sawn timber per year, which is mainly delivered via retailers to industries and construction sites throughout Sweden and Europe. The sawmill was established in 1928 and is today run by the fourth generation of the Andersson family. We are covered by a collective agreement.
