You will join an organization where the communication perspective has a natural place. The Communications Department consists of an engaged team of approximately 20 people – communicators, strategists, web specialists, graphic designers, and press secretaries. Together, we work to develop Region Kronoberg as a communicative organization. We support both internal and external communication, at both strategic and operational levels.

We are a centrally located function with a good overview, broad contact areas, and the opportunity to contribute to the whole. There is also the possibility to work partially remotely.

We are now looking for a substitute for one of our communicators who will be on parental leave. Perhaps you are the one who wants to become our new colleague?

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a communicator, you contribute your expert competence in communication and are an important part of the Communications Department's work. You work with communication initiatives within the region's broad operations. This could, for example, involve being communication support in projects, supporting operations that need to communicate changes, or producing content for our channels, such as newsletters, web, and social media.

You plan and carry out communication activities that reach the right target group, in the right channel, and with good effect. Here, you have your own assignments and responsibilities, while working closely with your colleagues in the Communications Department.

Together with colleagues in the Communications Department, you will also have an active role in the department's development work to simplify residents' contact with Region Kronoberg.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

Communication education equivalent to at least 180 ECTS credits
Experience of both internal and external communication
Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make them understandable
Experience in planning, producing, and following up on communication in various channels

You are proactive and structured, but also a team player who enjoys collaborating, testing ideas, and contributing to a positive work environment. Having fun at work is important to us, and we hope you feel the same.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Working hours: Daytime.

The position is for a substitute role of approximately one year.
