As a project manager here, you play a vital role in creating safe and high-quality personal assistance for our customers. You are responsible for the overall management of your assistance assignments and work closely with customers, assistants, and various partners to ensure daily life functions as well as possible.

In this role, you combine leadership, structure, and care. You are a support for your employees while ensuring that quality, working environment, and customer satisfaction remain at a high level.

We are looking for you who like to take responsibility and lead others in a secure and engaged manner. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and finding solutions even when the pace is high.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

  • Are social, perceptive, and service-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and pedagogically
  • Can work independently but also collaborate well with others
  • Are structured and good at planning
  • Have a calm demeanor and can make secure decisions even in stressful situations
  • Have a basic understanding of economics and budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education in areas such as healthcare and social care, social work, behavioral science, HR, or economics
  • Previous experience in leadership or personnel responsibility
  • Good administrative skills and experience with documentation
  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an extra merit if you have previously worked within personal assistance or other LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operations.
