Vöfab is looking for a Business Developer with a focus on Executive and Board Support

Vöfab owns and manages premises such as schools, preschools, offices, castles, and cultural and sports arenas in Växjö Municipality. We own properties of varying ages and standards and have, over the past ten years, evolved from being a property manager to also becoming a builder. Vöfab is seeking a Business Developer with a focus on executive and board support. This is a central role close to both the executive team and the board, with a focus on structure, coordination, quality, and progress in executive-related work.

In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the work surrounding the executive team's and board's meetings. This includes, among other things, handling invitations, agendas, decision materials, minutes, and follow-up of decisions and activities.

You function as a qualified support to the CEO, executive team, and board, contributing to creating clear working methods, good foresight, and professional handling of executive-related issues. The role also includes support in communication and coordination matters, for example, when preparing presentations, texts, and information materials.

This is a role for you who enjoys creating order, holding many parts together, and contributing to forward momentum in work. You need to be meticulous, responsible, and confident in a supportive function close to the management of the operations. At the same time, you need to have initiative and a desire to develop both yourself and our working methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main areas of responsibility/tasks:

Executive and Board Support

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality in the work prior to executive team and board meetings.
  • Be responsible for invitations, agendas, decision materials, and minutes.
  • Ensure structure, follow-up, and progress in decisions and activities.
  • Act as an administrative and communicative hub between management, operations, and the board.
  • Develop and streamline processes, working methods, and digital support linked to executive and board work.

Business Development and Coordination

  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient working methods.
  • Support managers and management in coordination, planning, and follow-up.
  • Drive smaller development initiatives and coordinate internal processes.
  • Contribute to clearer structure, division of responsibilities, and implementation power in prioritized issues.

Communication

  • Support internal and external communication related to executive-related issues, in close collaboration with the communications officer.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations, texts, and information materials based on established messages, channel selection, and communication principles.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and quality-assured communication in matters concerning management, board, and company-wide coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have an easy time creating order, seeing what needs to be done, and driving the work forward.

We see that you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in administrative work, coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
  • Good ability to work structured and keep order on many parts simultaneously.
  • Experience in planning meetings, preparing materials, and following up on decisions or activities.
  • Good digital proficiency and interest in efficient working methods and digital support.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
  • High service orientation and good understanding of professional support close to management.

It is meritorious if you have experience in minute-taking, board or committee administration, business development, or communication work.
