We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, motivated employees to join their customer service team. The company is in an expansion phase and is based in Växjö.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be handling incoming phone calls. In the future, there will also be opportunities to assist customers via email and chat. Your most important task will be to provide the best possible service and support customers based on their specific needs.

This is a staffing assignment, meaning you will work as a hired consultant. We are looking for someone who can work 2–3 days per week. Working hours are during standard office hours, Monday–Friday.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction and providing support. You are driven, engaged, and flexible, with good computer skills. Additionally, you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in both Swedish and English.

A requirement for this position is that you have another commitment of at least 50%, such as employment or studies.
