We are looking for a retail salesperson for a fixed-term summer position, who is passionate about service and loves doing B2B business. What does it mean to work as a Retail Salesperson at Würth?
As a Retail Salesperson, you are responsible for driving and developing the store. Two employees work in the store, jointly managing the store and all aspects of daily retail operations. Our opening hours are weekdays 06:30–17:00.
The role requires a high degree of initiative, where you offer exceptional service and knowledge to identify and meet customer needs.
- Drive sales in-store and via phone, with a focus on processing existing customers via phone.
- Actively work with sales and follow-up to create long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct sales visits to companies in the local area.
- Actively collaborate with the inside sales and field organization to develop and strengthen cooperation between sales channels in the region.
- Contribute to the implementation of campaigns and store events.
We want you to
Have relevant industry and product knowledge from previous experience, where retail experience is desirable.
- Love processing and delivering high-class service to customers and building long-term relationships.
- Have experience working in a sales role, preferably with some form of customer processing.
- Have good system proficiency and can navigate various systems.
- Be proactive and structured.
- Be goal-oriented, result-oriented, and have a good business sense.
